Christopher Palios began his culinary adventure at the age of seven working side by side with his Sicilian Grandmother learning traditional Italian recipes and techniques. At age fourteen he got his first job working in a restaurant. In 2002 he enrolled at Johnson & Wales University where he earned both an associates and bachelors degree in culinary arts as well as a masters degree in education. His travels through school took him to the Caribbean to work at one of the finest resorts as well as northern Italy where he was classically trained in Italian fine dining. He has also worked with celebrity chefs including Emeril Lagasse and Todd English. Christopher is currently the executive chef and owner of Sophia’s Tuscan Grille in Warwick, Rhode Island.
